Our Patient Testimonials
Frequently Asked Questions
  • My family and I see Dr. Kevin Sambuchino for our family dentistry and he is wonderful with our sons (4 and 6). I used Dr. Kevin as well to get braces and just got them removed recently. The process only took one year and I am so pleased with my results. His team worked well with my schedule and was accommodating to our family. I was even able to get white braces followed by an Invisalign retainer - many friends didn't even realize I had them on!

Will my insurance cover my procedure?

That depends on the procedure and on your particular insurance plan. Everyone’s insurance coverage is different. In general, many insurance plans pay all or nearly all of the costs of preventive care treatments, including examinations, cleanings, and annual x-rays. Most plans offer a discount for common procedures such as fillings and dental crowns, as well as other more invasive treatments.

When you need treatment beyond routine checkups, it’s best to talk to our office. Our staff is always up to date with the latest on insurance coverage, and they do a great job of ensuring you get the maximum coverage to which you are entitled. We don’t want worries about insurance coverage to prevent you from getting the care you need to protect your oral health.

Be sure to bring your insurance information to our office for your first appointment. Some of the insurance plans we accept are BAI, United Concordia, Cigna, Delta Dental, Aetna, UPMC, MetLife, Ameritas, Guardian, United Health Care, Principal Life, Anthem, Humana, Coventry Dental, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Michigan. If your insurance company is not on the preceding list, be sure to ask about it when you call to make an appointment.

We also offer a number of different payment options, one of which is sure to fit into your budget.
